Description: If cadDQoSGateSource is policyServer(5), then when this field is TRUE, then the policy is in a transient state and the policy server does not wish for this policy to be committed as it currently exists. Typically, the policy server will amend this policy to be more complete and then set this flag to FALSE.

What is cadDQoSMgmtGateCommitNotAllowed?

Indicates whether a policy server has placed a gate in a transient hold state, preventing its QoS policy from being committed as currently configured. When TRUE, the policy server intends to modify the policy before allowing commitment.
