Description: The GateID is 32 bit identifier that is allocated from the local space at the CMTS where the Gate resides. Up to two gates MAY share the same Gate-ID. Typically, a Gate-ID will identify a single upstream flow and a single downstream flow, and correspond to a single Multi-media session. All gates assigned the same Gate-ID by the CMTS MUST transition together through the cadDQoSGateState.
