What is cadSubMgtCpeControlLearnable?
Indicates whether the CMTS is permitted to dynamically learn the IP addresses of CPE devices (such as PCs or routers) connected behind a subscriber's cable modem. When enabled, the CMTS can automatically discover and track devices on the subscriber's home network.
