Description:
This attribute represents the IPv6 address of the CM. If the CM has no Internet address assigned, or the Internet address is unknown, the value of this attribute is the all zeros address.
What is cadIf3CmtsCmRegStatusIPv6Addr?
This OID stores the IPv6 address assigned to a cable modem when it registers with the cable modem termination system (the operator's equipment). If the modem hasn't been assigned an IPv6 address, it shows all zeros. A cable network operator would look this up when provisioning IPv6 connectivity or troubleshooting why a modem can't connect to IPv6 network services.
