Description: Resequence wait time to se set for dynamic bonding groups per mac domain. If the value 255 indicates that requence wait time is determined by the CMTS.
What is cadIfMacDomainDsbgReseqWaitTime?
This object sets the time delay (in 100-microsecond units) that the CMTS waits before resequencing packets in dynamic service group bonding, or value 255 to let the CMTS determine the optimal delay automatically. Packet resequencing is critical when multiple cable channels are bonded together to prevent out-of-order delivery to subscribers. Operators configure this parameter to balance latency from waiting for packets against the risk of loss when packets are misaligned across bonded channels.
