Description: Indicate if the transmit power extension (before registration) feature is enabled or not onthe CMTS. If set to 'true', the CMTS will populate TLV16 in the MDD message with the value of 1. If set to 'false', the CMTS will populate TLV16 in the MDD message with the the value of 0. The value in this MIB object is ignored if MTCM is disabled.
What is cadIfMacDomainCmTxPwrExtentionPreRegistrationEnabled?
Controls whether the transmit power extension feature is enabled for cable modems before they complete registration on this MAC Domain. When set to true, the CMTS signals support for pre-registration transmit power extension by setting TLV16 to 1 in the MDD (MAC Domain Descriptor) message.
