What is cadAgingNDCacheSearchingGlobalMaxRate?
Caps the system-wide rate of IPv6 Neighbor Discovery Solicitation requests sent for all IP addresses with ND cache entries in the searching state, in packets per second. This global rate limit prevents ND flooding when many IPv6 addresses are simultaneously being resolved.
