Description:
The minimum amount of time between transmitting ARP requests while an ARP cache entry is in the searching state.
What is cadAgingArpCacheSearchingRateLimit?
Configures the minimum time interval between successive ARP requests sent while an ARP cache entry is in the searching (resolving) state. This rate-limits ARP traffic to avoid flooding the network during address resolution.
