Description:
The minimum amount of time between transmitting ICMP unreachables while an ARP cache entry is in the notPresent state.
What is cadAgingArpCacheNotPresentRateLimit?
Controls the minimum interval between ICMP Destination Unreachable messages sent for packets destined to an IP address whose ARP cache entry is in the notPresent (unresolvable) state. This prevents excessive ICMP generation for unreachable hosts.
