Description: The minimum amount of time an ARP cache entry is in the notPresent state. This variable takes precedence over cadAgingArpCacheNotPresentMaxNumber and cadAgingArpCacheNotPresentMaxTime. However, and ARP entry aged out due to inactivity will be removed regardless of whether the amount of time indicated by cadAgingArpCacheNotPresentMinTime has elapsed or not.
What is cadAgingArpCacheNotPresentMinTime?
Sets the minimum amount of time an ARP cache entry must remain in the notPresent state before it can be removed or transitioned, taking precedence over count and maximum-time limits. ARP entries aged out due to inactivity can still be removed regardless of this setting.
