Description: Used to create and delete an SPVCC. When this object is set to 'active' an attempt is made to set up the SPVCC. When this object has the value 'active' and is set to another value, any set-up or connection in-progress is released.
What is atmSoftPVccRowStatus?
This read-write control creates or deletes a Soft PVCC entry; setting it to 'active' triggers connection setup, while changing it away from 'active' releases any in-progress or established connection.
