This object is only meaningful when atmScheduledSPVccOperationIndicator is set to create(1).
What is atmScheduledSPVccTargetVpi?
This read-write value specifies the VPI to use at the destination interface for a Soft PVCC being created, required when the target select type demands a specific value.
