Description:
The VCI value of the SPVCC used at the target interface. This value must be filled in when the atmScheduledSPVccTargetSelectType is set to 'required'.
This object is only meaningful when atmScheduledSPVccOperationIndicator is set to create(1).
What is atmScheduledSPVccTargetVci?
This read-write value specifies the VCI to use at the destination interface for a Soft PVCC being created, required when the target select type demands a specific value.
