By default the authorized manager is allowed to access the switch through all the ports.
If a set of ports are configured in the 'PortList', the manager can access the switch only through the configured ports.
What is sysIpAuthMgrPortList?
Specifies which physical switch ports an IP-authorized manager is permitted to use when accessing the device for management. By default all ports are allowed, but this object can restrict access to a specific subset of ports.
