There is no static entry for this VLAN and it will be removed when the last port leaves the VLAN.
What is dot1qVlanStatus?
Indicates how a VLAN entry was created and whether it is expected to persist, for example distinguishing between a permanently configured VLAN and one dynamically created by GVRP. This helps administrators identify which VLANs are statically provisioned versus dynamically learned.
