To fill the AllowedToGoTo portlist, we have to set the rowstatus as 'NOT_IN_SERVICE' and set the appropriate port in the dot1qStaticAllowedToGoTable and set the rowstatus as 'ACTIVE' to make the portlist available.
What is dot1qStaticUnicastRowStatus?
Controls the lifecycle of a static unicast forwarding table entry, allowing management systems to create, activate, or remove rules governing where frames destined to a specific unicast MAC address are forwarded. The row must be placed in NOT_IN_SERVICE state before the allowed port list can be populated.
