By default the authorized manager is allowed to access the switch through all the ports.
If a set of ports are configured in the 'PortList', the manager can access the switch only through the configured ports.
What is sysIpAuthMgrPortList?
Specifies which switch ports an authorized IP manager is permitted to use when accessing the switch. By default all ports are allowed, but this can be restricted to a specific set of ports.
