To fill the AllowedToGoTo portlist, we have to set the rowstatus as 'NOT_IN_SERVICE' and set the appropriate port in the dot1dStaticAllowedToGoTable and set the rowstatus as 'ACTIVE' to make the portlist available.
What is dot1dStaticRowStatus?
Controls the lifecycle state of a static forwarding entry that defines which ports a unicast frame with an unlearned destination address is allowed to be flooded to. Setting this value manages creation, activation, and deletion of the static port-list entry.
