This field is a bit mask, setting a bit indicates that the corresponding cipher-list will be involved in the server authentication.

Note:BIT 0 - Least significant bit BIT 6 - Most significant bit
For example,setting the cipher list to the value - 001 0101, will include RSA-NULL-MD5, RSA-DES-SHA1 and DH-RSA-DES-SHA1 as cipher-list for authentication.
What is sysSslCipherList?
Configures which SSL/TLS cipher suites are permitted for server authentication by setting a bitmask where each bit corresponds to a specific cipher suite (e.g., RSA-NULL-MD5, RSA-DES-SHA1). Only cipher suites with their corresponding bit set will be considered during the SSL handshake.
