What is sysSnoopInstanceGlobalSystemControl?
Controls the global start or shutdown of the IGMP/MLD snooping module on the switch, allocating or releasing the necessary system resources accordingly. Setting this object to 'start' activates the snooping engine, while 'shutdown' stops all snooping operations and frees resources.
