Description: An SNMP engine's administratively-unique identifier.
In a simple agent, this value is always that agent's own snmpEngineID value.
The value can also take the value of the snmpEngineID of a remote SNMP engine with which this user can communicate.
What is sysSnmpEngineID?
Stores the administratively unique identifier for the SNMP engine on this device, which distinguishes it from other SNMP engines in the network. It can be set to reference a remote engine when configuring USM user communication.
