What is alaPimStarGIAssertState?
Indicates the current (*,G) Assert state for this interface, reflecting which router has been elected to forward shared-tree multicast traffic (winner or loser). In bidirectional PIM mode this is always 'noInfo' since the Assert mechanism is not used.
