What is avclDeviceSparesState?
This OID lists the operational status of each spare disk—whether it is online and ready, offline, working properly, failed, or under reconstruction. You monitor this to ensure spare capacity is ready; if all spares show 'Not Installed' or 'Failed', you have no redundancy for disk failures. For example, 'Spare 1: Under Reconstruction; Spare 2: On Line' shows Spare 1 is being rebuilt after a failure while Spare 2 is ready to protect against the next failure.
