What is adMefPerUniPh15MinEgressGreenOctetDiscards?

This OID counts the number of outgoing data bytes marked as green (conforming to service level agreement) that were dropped during a 15-minute measurement window. A network engineer monitors this metric to verify that outbound traffic meeting SLA requirements is not being discarded, which would signal a problem with egress filtering or queue management. For example, a value of 524,288 means about 512 kilobytes of conforming outbound traffic was discarded in that interval.
