What is adMefPerCosPerUniPh1DayIngressGreenFrameDiscards?

This counter records the number of incoming data frames that were discarded because they exceeded the traffic policy during a rolling 24-hour period. Green frames normally comply with the service agreement, so discards indicate either a configuration problem or that the interface had to drop compliant traffic due to congestion. For example, a value of 1,500 means 1,500 conformant frames were dropped in the past day, which warrants investigation into why the device couldn't process valid traffic.
