VLAN Statistics

This is the smallest theme in the corpus: objects that scope a statistics or queue counter to a specific VLAN, or explicitly to all VLANs at once, rather than the counters themselves. Admins set the VLAN-ID field on one of these objects to narrow a queue-drop or throughput counter down to just one VLAN's traffic, isolating, for example, a voice VLAN's queue behavior from data-VLAN traffic sharing the same physical ports, or set the "all VLANs" flag to get a combined figure across every VLAN on a trunk instead.
