What is zhoneOltConfigCpeLimit?
This read-write Integer32 (0-16, default 4) sets the cell phase error limit for this OLT interface, the threshold used to raise the Cell Phase Error alarm reported by zhoneOltStatusPonAlarmCPE. Raise this threshold if a marginal but stable link is repeatedly tripping the CPE alarm despite otherwise normal operation.
