This object sets the lower WRED threshold percentage (0-100, default 100) at which the device starts probabilistically dropping green (higher-priority) packets in this queue. Since green traffic is meant to be protected, admins typically set this higher than the corresponding yellow threshold so green packets are only dropped as a last resort.
