Description: The user-defined circuit ID, which is a string with maximum length 64. It will be used as the circuit ID of an interface, if the format of the interface is set to franceTel(9).
What is zxAnPortIdIfConfUserDefinedCid?
This read-write string (0-64 chars, default empty) holds a user-defined circuit ID that is used as the interface's circuit ID when the interface's circuit-ID format is set to franceTel(9). An admin sets this when the access node needs a custom, manually-assigned circuit ID string rather than one auto-generated from rack/shelf/port information, specifically for the France Telecom circuit-ID format. Setting it to 'CID-CUSTOM-001' would make that exact string the interface's circuit ID whenever the franceTel format is selected.
