Description: This attribute comprises 8 bytes to be included in LTMs. They allow received LTRs to be directed to the correct originator. The attribute includes the originator MAC address and a locally-defined identifier. If this field is 0 (default), the ONT uses the MEP's MAC address, with 0 as the locally-defined identifier.

What is zxAnPonOnuCfmMepEgressId?

Stores an 8-byte identifier, comprising the originating MAC address plus a locally-defined ID, included in Loopback Test Messages sent by this MEP so that Loopback Test Replies can be directed back to the correct originator. Leaving it at its default (0) makes the ONU use the MEP's own MAC address with a locally-defined ID of 0.
