What is zxAnPtpIfConfAnnounceInterval?
Sets how often this PTP port sends Announce messages, chosen from fixed intervals from 2**-5 second up to 1 second, default us125000, an eighth of a second. Admins shorten this for faster BMCA convergence and failover detection, at the cost of slightly more PTP control traffic.
