What is zxAnDsDhcpV4VlanRowStatus?

Controls whether DHCPv4 snooping is active on this VLAN row, supporting only active(1), createAndGo(4), or destroy(6): setting createAndGo turns on snooping for the VLAN identified by zxAnDsDhcpV4Vid, and destroy removes it. Admins use this to enable or disable DHCPv4 snooping on a per-VLAN basis rather than globally.
