Starts or stops a LinkTrace Message (LTM) test on this MEP: setting it enabled(1) triggers transmission of the LinkTrace probe, and the device resets it to disabled(2) once the LTM has been transmitted, following the same claim-and-poll SNMP procedure (using snmpSetSerialNo) described for loopback tests.
