Starts or stops this frame-loss-measurement (LM) test session, defaulting to disabled(2); per the source DESCRIPTION the LM test cannot be started while this is disabled, so an admin sets it to enabled(1) together with the other LM parameters in a single SNMP SET, following the same claim-and-poll procedure as the DM and loopback tests.
