What is zhoneVoiceRingTimer?

This read-create integer, constrained to 0 through 999, sets the duration in seconds that a generated test ring should continue on a given interface within the zhoneVoiceRingTable. It works together with zhoneVoiceRingRingingCadence to fully specify a ring test: the cadence pattern and how long it plays. An admin running a POTS line test would configure this to control how long the port keeps ringing before stopping automatically.
