The S-tag counterpart to bridgeIfVlanXlateFrom: when a packet's outer QinQ VLAN ID matches this value it is translated to bridgeIfStagId, with 0 disabling translation. Used for QinQ VLAN remapping on double-tagged subscriber traffic.
