bridgeCmdFilterMask

Module: ZHONE-COM-BRIDGE-REC-MIB

OID (symbolic): ZHONE-COM-BRIDGE-REC-MIB::bridgeCmdFilterMask

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5504.4.7.12.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Bits

Access: read-write

Description: Bridge command filters bit mask.

If a bridge filter is enabled then the associated bridge filter value must be included in the SNMP packet.

If the bridge filter mask is all zeros then no filters will be applied and the bridge command will apply to all bridges in the system.

What is bridgeCmdFilterMask?

A bitmask selecting which filter criteria (ifIndex, VLAN, SLAN, slot, port, IP address, MAC address, secure) restrict a bridgeCmdOperation command to specific bridges; any bit enabled here requires the matching filter-value object (bridgeCmdIfIndex, bridgeCmdVlanId, etc.) to also be set. Leaving the mask all-zero applies the command to every bridge in the system, so an admin should set it carefully before issuing a broad action like flush.
