Description: Control for allowing incoming connections to the service. Corresponds directly to SERVICE CONNECTIONS and the presence of the label 'Connections' following the label 'Enabled Characteristics:' in the SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS display.

What is latOfferedServiceAllowConnections?

This controls whether incoming LAT connections are currently accepted for this offered service, corresponding directly to the SERVICE CONNECTIONS setting; an admin disables it to temporarily stop new sessions from reaching this service without deleting its configuration.
