What is latNodeStatus?
This reports the communication status with this node: available(1), unavailable(2), unknown(3), unreachable(4), reachable(5), or connected(6), corresponding directly to the 'Status' value in the NODE STATUS display; an admin checks this to see whether a particular remote LAT node is currently up.
