What is latInSessionsRejected?

This read-only counter tracks the total number of incoming LAT session connection attempts the server has rejected, corresponding directly to 'Solicitations Rejected:' in the SERVER COUNTERS display; a rising count can point an admin toward an access-group misconfiguration or a service that is refusing connections.
