What is latGroupPurge?
This controls whether the server automatically clears its entire node table whenever latLocalServiceGroups or latPortCurrentGroups changes, corresponding directly to the SERVER PURGE GROUP setting; an admin enables it to force a clean node-table rebuild after changing group membership.
