Description: Modem's reason for disconnecting the call. Modem's disconnect reason could be different from the system's reason for disconnecting the call.
carrier-lost(8) - modem detected the loss of carrier. The time (delay) from loss of carrier until the modem disconnects is determined by MIB object mdmCfgLineCarrierDisconnect.
retrain-timeout(9) - modem failed to retrain.
What is callHistAsyMdmDisconnectReason?
The modem's own reason for disconnecting this call -- distinct from the system-level callHistDisconnectReason -- including values like carrier-lost(8) (loss-of-carrier delay governed by mdmCfgLineCarrierDisconnect) and retrain-timeout(9) (modem failed to retrain). Admins use this when the system-level reason alone doesn't explain a disconnect, since the modem may have detected the problem independently.
