Module: XYLO-CALLMGMT-MIB

OID (symbolic): XYLO-CALLMGMT-MIB::activeCallDeviceType

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.15.2.16.1.2.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: An enumerated integer indicating the port type. asy(1) - the call is assigned internally to an asynchronous device (async port). syn(9) - the call is handled internally by a synchronous device (sync port). ta(10) - the call is handled internally by a ta device (ta port). mp(12) - pseudo-session, Multi-link PPP bundle head. vpn(13) - Virtual Private Network. gen-sync(14) - General Sync port.

This object obsoletes the callSetupPortType object.

What is activeCallDeviceType?

The port type handling this call in the current actCallTable (which replaced the deprecated activecallTable): asy(1), syn(9), ta(10), mp(12), vpn(13), or gen-sync-port(14). Unlike the old table's version, this one adds vpn(13) and gen-sync-port(14) to reflect newer virtual and generic-sync device types, and together with activeCallDeviceNumber forms the table's index so calls on virtual devices like MP and VPN can be represented.
