What is xylnatmSoftPVpcRetryFailures?
Read-only gauge of how many consecutive connection attempts have failed for this Soft PVPC; it resets to zero on a successful connection or an explicit restart. An admin uses this to see how close a given connection is to hitting its RetryLimit.
