A value of zero indicates that an infinite number of call attempts are required to increment the atmSoftPvcCallFailures object and thus disables alarms for the Soft PVCC.
What is xylnatmSoftPVccRetryThreshold?
Read-write count (default 1) of consecutive failed call setup attempts required before atmxSoftPvcCallFailures is incremented for this Soft PVCC; 0 disables the failure-alarm counting entirely for this connection. An admin raises this to avoid alarms on connections that are expected to fail a few times before succeeding.
