Description: The time (in 10ths of a second unit) to wait before attempting to establish the SVC after the first failed call attempt. Zero represents an infinite interval indicating no retries.
What is atmxCesSvcFirstRetryInterval?
This sets how long, in tenths of a second, to wait before attempting to establish this SVC again after the first failed call attempt, defaulting to 10 (one second); a value of zero means no retries at all. Increase it if repeated immediate retries are adding unnecessary signalling load to the ATM network.
