xcallControl
Module: XEDIA-ISDN-MIB
OID (symbolic): XEDIA-ISDN-MIB::xcallControl
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.838.3.37.1.2.1.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: force outbound call
What is xcallControl?
This read-write INTEGER, noOp(1), connect(2), or disconnect(3), lets an admin manually force an outbound call to be placed or torn down on this dial peer, in a row that augments the standard DIAL-CONTROL-MIB peer config table. An admin uses it to manually bring up or drop a dial-on-demand ISDN connection outside of its normal automatic triggering. Setting xcallControl to connect(2) would force the device to dial out on this peer immediately, useful for testing connectivity to a remote site.
