What is wwpLeosTcePbtServiceUserFrameL2TransformTagAction?

Read-write action applied to a customer VLAN tag at this ingress/egress transform point: none(1), push(2), pop(3), stamp1(4), or stamp2(5). The MIB notes initial deployment only supports push(2) on egress/encap and pop(3) on ingress/decap, so an admin sets push(2) to add a tag when encapsulating traffic into a PBT service, or pop(3) to strip it when decapsulating back to the customer.
