The two objects are combined as:

Otherwise, this value is returned as all F's (0xFFFFFFFF) and adds no useful information.
What is wwpLeosOamEventLogThresholdLo?
This read-only value is the low-order 32 bits of the 64-bit threshold value (combined with wwpLeosOamEventLogThresholdHi) that was crossed to generate this event, e.g. 10 when 11 occurrences happened against that threshold. It reads as all F's for a non-threshold-crossing event.
