Description: The amount of time (in 100ms intervals) over which the threshold is defined. The default value is 100 (10 seconds).

If wwpLeosOamErrFrameSecsSummaryThreshold frame errors occur within a window of wwpLeosOamErrFrameSecsSummaryWindow (in tenths of seconds), an Event Notification OAMPDU should be generated with an Errored Frame Seconds Summary Event TLV indicating the threshold has been crossed in this window.

What is wwpLeosOamErrFrameSecsSummaryWindow?

This sets, in tenths of a second (100-9000, default 100 i.e. 10 seconds), the time window over which the Errored Frame Seconds Summary Event is evaluated, counting how many one-second intervals within the window had at least one frame error. A longer window smooths out brief error bursts and only alerts on sustained, recurring frame-error conditions.
